You, as the user of the App and Website, hereby confirm your acceptance of these App terms of use (“App and Website Terms”). If you do not agree to these App and Website Terms, you must not register and discontinue from use. We may, from time to time, amend these App and Website Terms. Please check these App and Website Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any variations made by us. If you continue to use this App and Website, you are deemed to have accepted such variations. If you do not agree to such variations, you should not use the App and Website.

Use of the App and Website

You must be at least 12 years of age to use the App and Website. “mudahcari.com” hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Website for your personal, non-commercial use and only on an Apple, Android Personal Computer, and Laptop device (“Device”) as permitted by the applicable Platform Terms and in accordance with these App and Website Terms (“User License”). All other rights in the App are reserved by MudahCari.Com Sdn Bhd. In the event of your breach of these App and Website Terms, we will be entitled to terminate your User account immediately without any notice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App and Website in any way that:

is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized;

is defamatory of any other person;

is obscene or offensive;

promotes discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

infringes any copyright, database right, or trademark of any other person;

is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

is likely to disrupt our service in any way; or

advocates, promotes, or assists any unlawful act, such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mudahcari.com for any breach of these App and website Terms.

No Promises

Mudahcari.com provides the App and website on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any promises or representations, express or implied.

In particular, Mudahcari.com does not warrant or make any representation regarding the validity, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App and website or its content.

All information provided by service providers/retailers and other content on the App may be out of date, and Mudahcari.com makes no commitment to update it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mudahcari.com hereby excludes all promises, whether express or implied, including any promises that the App is fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, non-infringing, free of defects, able to operate on an uninterrupted basis, that the use of the App by you is in compliance with laws, or that any information that you transmit in connection with this App will be successfully, accurately, or securely transmitted.

Exclusion of Mudahcari.com Liability

Nothing in these App and website Terms shall exclude or in any way limit Mudahcari.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by Service Provider/Seller negligence or for fraud or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Mudahcari.com be liable to you with respect to the use of the App and/or be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, or loss, theft, or corruption of your information, the inability to use the App, device failure or malfunction. Mudahcari.com shall not be liable even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, damages caused by error, omission, interruption, defect, failure of performance, unauthorized use, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harm.

In the event that applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain promises and/or the exclusion of liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages, Mudahcari.com's liability arising under or in connection with these App and website Terms shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Mudahcari.com is not responsible for any loss or damages arising from misrepresentation and/or misleading information from suppliers' ads, including images and text. However, to ensure a safe and trusted environment, users are encouraged to submit a formal complaint with image proof of such misleading ads to Mudahcari.com, which will result in their removal immediately.

The Advertiser Terms & Conditions

The Advertiser takes full responsibility to ensure transparency and accuracy of its services/products and advertisements, including the cost, authenticity, details, and delivery of its services and items at all times and is not allowed to change, increase, decrease, postpone, or cancel upon confirmation of an order from a client unless the same has been communicated to the client and is within a reasonable cause deemed acceptable. In case of such changes, dispute, postponement, or cancellation, Mudahcari.com will not be responsible for any refund, should there be any, to neither party.

Hashtags, URLs, Social Media Profile Links, and names within the ads are not allowed. The Advertiser shall only communicate with the client via phone, text messaging, or email during office hours only, and such communications are only meant in the context of fulfilling its sales obligations secured in the App and/or Website and not otherwise. The Advertiser agrees not to spam and undertakes not to forward unsolicited sales, marketing, advertising, recruiting, offers, gifting, donations, surveys, or commercial messages to the Client via e-mail, instant messaging, text messaging, live phone calls, pre-recorded phone calls (robocalls), or fax.
